Teenagers aged 16 and 17 can enjoy two weeks of residential sporting activities including sailing, climbing, canoeing and quad biking, followed by one or two weeks of activities that give something back to the local community, such as assisting coaching children in various sports and fundraising for charities.
Week one, a stay at a sporting residential centre in Wiltshire, will take place from July 28 to August 1; week two, staying at Reading University halls of residence, will take place from August 4-8. Weeks three and four will take place from August 11-22, when participants will complete community work.
