Fraud case set for crown court
FOUR men charged after elderly people in Aldershot, Farnborough and Camberley were conned out of huge sums to fix alleged roof damage will have their cases heard in crown court.
Andrew Doe, 21, and Billy Doe, 19, both of Foxborough Close in Slough, Jessie James, 30, of Ditton Road in Slough and Kevin Haines, 31, of Lower Elmstone Drive in Reading, all appeared at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court last Thursday charged with conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation. The offences took place between January and March this year.
Their cases have been sent to Winchester Crown Court, where they will next appear on August 13.
