Strokes of celestial and artificial light

“In the early morning of 10 July I was able to capture some stunning images of Comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) and noctilucent clouds in Stuttgart, Germany,” said Björn Hoffman. “Together with the dark clouds, a beautiful contrast formed.”

Hoffman stacked photos in software Sequator, followed by processing in Adobe Lightroom, Topaz DeNoise AI and Luminar Flex. By stacking images, it becomes possible to dive deep into the image and reveal fine detail.
