Cloudy with a chance of sideways rain
If gravity pulled towards the centre of the planetary disc, rain, snow and other forms of precipitation would gravitate towards the North Pole. Only at the centre of the disc would this weather behave as we know it on our spherical Earth – falling straight down. The further from the pole you travel, the crazier and more horizontal the precipitation would be. Water would also flow towards the North Pole, and vast, bulging oceans would collect at the centre of the planet, leaving practically no water at the edges.
