“I began exploring the night sky at 15 years old with an eightinch Newtonian during the 1960s. It wasn’t until 1998 that I got my first taste of astroimaging with film, and in 2003 I switched to a CCD for capturing the treasures of the night sky.
Artistic by nature, it’s less about cosmology and more about the thrill of the hunt for the myriad of beautiful shapes and colours throughout the universe. My astrophotography tutorial business has given thousands a quick start in taking their own great photos.”
