the name of a plant genus and species prob­a­bly went to the cac­tus Coleo­cephalo­cereus flu­mi­nen­sis. It is now known as Cereus flu­mi­nen­sis.

Some trendy women are wear­ing suc­cu­lents as jew­ellery. Since very small se­dums, echev­e­rias and sem­per­vivums are so low main­te­nance, they can be glued to bracelets, rings and ear­rings, and shown off for weeks at a time.
