Foliage and fillers
Bronze fennel: Feathery aromatic foliage and attractive yellow umbel flowers.
Scented pelargoniums: Fragrant, long-lasting leaves; great in small arrangements.
Mint (above): My favourite! Lasts for ages, with fragrant leaves and fluffy flowers in a glorious lavender blue.
English mace: Slender, serrated leaves plus a delicious citrus scent. Pretty pale lemon flowers, too.
Ammi visnaga: Chunkier and longer-lasting than
A. majus. White umbels and feathery green foliage.
