3 steps to planting success
1 Attach trellis (or eye screws and horizontal wires) to the wall if your climber isn’t self-clinging.
2 Dig a hole 11/2ft (45cm) from the wall; loosen soil and fork in organic matter such as compost.
3 Plant at an angle. If the shoots don’t reach the wall, provide leaning bamboo canes and tie in.
