1 Don’t worry about what other people think. Putting yourself out there can make you vulnerable, but it can also be empowering.

2 Consider posting your pictures online; it can help you to keep going. I’ve had people contact me late at night and ask where my picture for the day is!

3 Not every picture will be perfect, but if you keep going then you will learn plenty of new skills along the way.
