PPAUSE, slow down and take a few deep breaths.
ABecome of your surroundings, how you feel in your body, and what you see that attracts your eye. Notice any thoughts that you have about your subject: I like it, I don’t like it, it’s not pretty enough to photograph etc.
Uthat this is simply a perception that can be changed. Understand that everything changes.
Sthat perspective and try to see your subject as colour, shape, texture, lines and light. Be aware of what is possible in this moment.
Ea new way to photograph your subject – consider an abstract, a block of colour, a shape or even a texture. Can you make something ordinary extraordinary?
