With two restau­rants and a fam­ily pub on site, there is no need to go hun­gry. Load up with a breakfast be­fore head­ing to the lakes, and re­lax with a post-fish­ing pint and a steak sup­per, fish and chips or one of the many more de­li­cious meals on of­fer.

En­ter­tain­ment in­cludes heated in­door and out­door swim­ming pools, a sauna, a gym­na­sium, a kids’ club and ac­tiv­ity area, and night-time mu­sic. Reg­u­lar themed events also take place through­out the year, in­clud­ing mu­sic week­ends, clas­sic car ral­lies and much more.

Fish­ing per­mit prices

Fish­ing per­mits are re­quired by all guests, and are avail­able for a day, three days or a week, for one or two rods. Con­ces­sions are of­fered to dis­abled an­glers, over-65s and un­der-16s.

Day ticket prices are £7.50; £6.50 con­ces­sions. Evening ticket (af­ter 3pm) £5.50/ £4.50. Three-day ticket £19.50/ £15.50; Seven-day ticket £35/£30. Ju­niors un­der the age of 12 fish for free. Fish­ing is from dawn to dusk only. Dur­ing ev­ery school hol­i­day there is coach­ing avail­able for kids, run by an Angling Trust-cer­ti­fied coach.
