DE­SCRIP­TION: con­trolled by Leeds DASA, this peace­ful, tree-lined stretch of river runs through open farm­land. Stretch­ing just over 1,000 yards, fish­ing is on the right-hand bank, when fac­ing down­stream. Depths run from 6 ft deep at the top end to around 18 in. at the bot­tom, where there's a large is­land and a gravel run. The main species are barbel to 8 lb and chub to 5 lb. Other
