SUNRISE LAKES, HARROGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE

All three lakes here fish very well in the cooler months. In the Match Lake F1s and carp are the main targets, and fishing with a 4mm expander pellet over micros on a short pole line will bring bites all day. The same tactic works well on the North Lake, where quality skimmers can be caught. On the South Lake try fishing around 11m out with caster and groundbait for quality skimmers, roach and perch.
