WHAT IS A DRIFTER FLOAT?

DEADLY when fishing expansive venues in windy conditions, a drifter float has a flat upright plastic panel that acts like a sail and catches the wind. This allows the user to cover large areas of the lake with minimal effort. It can be used with deadbaits or livebaits to target pike that might be sat well out of casting range. Both Fox and Eddie Turner make excellent drifter floats.
