HARDEST-WORKING ANGLER OF THE YEAR/DECADE: CHARLES JARDINE
The stereotypes tell us that these fly anglers are leisurely, laid-back types. Not our Charlie.
When he’s not demonstrating casting, giving talks or writing articles, he’s at the head of the Fishing for Schools project, running marathons or playing a charity fishing match with river keepers.
The man is a force of nature. Personally, I suspect his life is an elaborate stunt involving identical triplets who run the length and breadth of the country.
