READ AN ANGLING BOOK
There are so many quality fishing books out there that not only share personal experiences of some of the country’s best anglers but offer some great tips too. Here are a few to check out: BEYOND DREAMS, by Dai Gribble: Two-time Drennan Cup winner and Angling Times regular Dai Gribble on how he targets specimen fish. THE OLD MAN AND THE SAND EEL, by Will Millard: Writer, explorer and presenter Will Millard’s tale of three generations of men trying to figure out what it is to be a man, a father and a fisherman. SILVER SHOALS, by Charles Rangeley-Wilson: covering the history of our most iconic fish. ROLLING IN THE DEEP, by Adam Penning: Adam Penning shares his tales from the bank and outside life, whilst in pursuit of some of the biggest carp around. THE DUKE AND I, by Matt Hayes: A book sharing the tales of fishing’s great double act Matt Hayes and Mick Brown.
