Matrix XR36 Pro Lime & XR36 Pro Shadow Seatboxes

RRP: £699.99

OWNERS of the S36 Superbox probably didn’t think their steeds could be improved on any further – but Matrix’s team of anglers and designers have managed it with the brand new XR36.

It truly is at the very pinnacle of seatbox design, and the pick of top anglers including Jamie Hughes.

Innovation, looks, performance and functionality... the XR36 ticks every one of those boxes but never compromises on what a good box should do – provide a solid, stable base to fish from with enough space to take the tackle you need.

Available in Lime Green or Shadow Black livery, the strength of the XR36 comes from a new and unique hydro-formed aluminium frame with a one-piece tube design to keep overall weight down but increase strength.

As with all Matrix boxes, the trays and drawers are interchangeable with all current models, so if you’re thinking of upgrading, those trays from your old box will fit on to the XR36 with ease!

Storage consists of a deep drawer unit with drawer inserts, a single shallow tray unit and a transport lid with carry handle, to which you can then add a multitude of extra units for more space. The footplate has a durable textured plastic covering and a built-in spirit level alongside a single-handed footplate release mechanism.

The non-slip anodised legs are 36mm in diameter and have threaded accessory caps on the end of each one, re-engineered non-marking leg clamps stopping any slippage, and height adjustment in seconds thanks to the enlarged rubber over-moulded handwheels. Finishing touches include a hardwearing PU fabriccovered seat cushion with built-in spirit level and pole support, plus a padded shoulder strap.
