SPRING is a lovely time to be out, but it’s definitely a season of transition and can be lovely one day and horrible the next. Carp are still coming out of cold-water habits, and can often slip back into them, making even the nicest days turn tough.
This is not the time to over-complicate things with wonder rigs or special concoctions. It’s a time for good, solid angling with proven baits and methods. Simple solutions are the key.
