Indochina Research (IRL) has been providing unique strategic consulting, marketing research, social research and public opinion polling services to a range of multinational companies, NGOs, governments, donors and UN agencies operating in the dynamic emerging markets of the Indochina region since 1994.
IRL provides tablet-based data collection augmented by turnkey IT services such as database building, GIS mapping and other application development services.
IRL staff have backgrounds in market and social research methodologies, data validation and processing, reporting and project management, social and rural development, monitoring and evaluation, statistics and database development and combine local technical knowledge with expatriate management.
Established in 1994 in Vietnam, Indochina Research has since developed into a regional agency with 10 offices across four countries: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
Over the course of more than 20 years in the region, IRL has completed over 2,900 projects, which represent about three million quantitative interviews and more than 3,500 focus groups and IDI.
