The 2008s are hosting six teams playing seven-a-side at the astro on Sunday October 28.

The 2007s are heading to Campbeltown for another round of nine-a-side and the 2004s are off to Glasgow to face Summerston BC in a Glasgow Youth League game.

And the soccer centre is back on Friday October 26 following the October holiday break.

Last Sunday, October 21, saw the 2007s and the 2004s in action. The 2007s were up in Oban playing in the Oban Primary League winning four, drawing two and losing one of the seven games played. They are making steady progress as they get ready to step up to 11-a-side.

The 2004s were on league duty at the astro with a hard game against a competitive St Rochs. First half goals from Aitken and Green gave Star a 2-0 lead before St Rochs pulled one back.

With the game finely balanced, McMurchy chased through a long ball to secure a 3-1 victory for Star.
