Late news – interim health chief appointed
The current mental health lead for NHS Highland, Fiona Davies, has been appointed interim chief officer of Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.
A number of candidates were interviewed as a permanent replacement for former chief Joanna Macdonald, who left on March 31. The panel has, however, decided not to appoint to the post at this time, pending a future interview process.
Until Fiona Davies' arrival on May 4, deputy chief officer George Morrison will lead the senior management team.
