Artists & Illustrators

Since I started painting in earnest in 2000, my wife Lorna always turned her nose up at my art, sometimes understandably. One painting, of a vase of sunŠflowers, passed the test and hung in our hallway, albeit behind the door. My wife died in March. A day or two before she left us, she said to me, “I like your paintings.” This was the best and most unexpected praise I could possibly have received. Once my head is back together, I‘ll be painting away with Lorna watching me from afar.
