Gallery Climate Coalition is a charity aiming to make environmental improvements within the art world, providing advice on everything from the transportation of art works and how galleries can cut down on their energy use, to wrapping artwork in recycled products. There is a digital carbon calculator on the website so artists can estimate their carbon footprint. Last year GCC established Artists for ClientEarth, auctioning paintings by artists including Cecily Brown and Antony Gormley raising millions for Client Earth, which works to keep fossil fuels in the ground. galleryclimatecoalition.org
