Complain about bank closure

CUSTOMER service – what is it? Whatever happened to it?

Another bank closure but this time it is very easy to make a complaint.

If you are an RBS account holder please just visit your branch and ask to make a complaint about the closure – what could be simpler?

A reply will be sent to you by e-mail or post. I know it is a foregone conclusion, but the more of us that complain we may put some pressure on the powers that be.
