Top price of 177p/kg for a 635kg Angus from DA & LM Moss, Rushton Spencer. Herefords sold to 138p/kg for a 595kg cow from AE &K Simpson, Winkhill.

A 655kg Shorthorn from Shirley Kirkham realised 135p/kg and a 655kg Angus from D Rogers, Chinley sold for 134p/kg.

Similar numbers with trade slightly harder to place. Pork pigs topped at 123p/kg for 69.5kg pigs from J & B Fentem & Sons who sold others at 120p/kg and 114p/ kg. Cutting pigs sold to 130p/kg for 85kg pigs from J & B Fentem & Sons with others at 124p/kg for 76kg pigs from J Davenport, Gawsworth and 124p/kg for 84.6kg pigs from G &I Middleton, Dereham. Bacon pigs topped at 124p/kg for 91kg pigs from G & I Middleton and for 100kg pigs from Chris Hine. 122p/kg was achieved three times for 85.3kg pigs from J &B Fentem and 94kg & 90kg pigs from P &N Allen, Uttoxeter. Heavy pigs sold to 114p/kg for a 113kg pig from Chris Hine with others at 108p/kg for two 111kg pigs from Chris Hine and 110kg pigs from J & B Fentem & Sons.
