Rail­way book reprinted as it sells out

A BOOK which charts the his­tory, through pic­tures and ex­ten­sive re­search notes, of the rail­ways that con­nected with Ash­bourne, has been reprinted due to pop­u­lar de­mand.

Rails to Ash­bourne, by Howard Sprenger, proved so pop­u­lar its pub­lisher, Kestrel Rail­way Books, has printed an­other run and the book is now back on sale in Ash­bourne. Ash­bourne’s Vis­i­tor In­for­ma­tion Cen­tre, in Town Hall Yard, is among the places the book can be pur­chased, along with Bill Hud­son Books at Mat­lock; Wirksworth Sta­tion book­shop; But­ter­ley Sta­tion book­shop and High Peak Book­store at Bri­er­low Bar.
