Big Parwich win as they chase lead

PAUL Williams hit five registers, Tom Moorcroft had a 180, Robin Penfold had a 92 finish and Tom Fentem had a 21-dart singles for Parwich Sycamore when they won 8-1 away at Tiger A to move into second place in Ashbourne Town Darts League Division One.

Dan Ford scored three registers, including a 97 double start, for Tiger.

Neil Gerrard hit four registers for Roston Inn as they stayed out in front thanks to a 6-3 away win against Bowling Green.

Colin Redfearn had five registers for the hosts.

Compton X slipped further back in the race in third after their third defeat of the season. They went down 5-4 at Roston B.

Gary Copeland hit four registers and Aidy Redfern had a 142 finish for Roston.

Carl Wasylyszyn had a 21-dart singles for the visitors.

Rob Smith and Graham Sowter both hit four registers and Shaun Coates had a 180 for Mayfield Arms when they travelled to Shoulder B and won 7-2.

Nathan Garside hit five registers and Sean Jones had a 97 finish and an 18-dart singles for Wheel at home against Red Lion (Holl) and they won 6-3.

Martin Sheard hit a 112 finish for Shoulder A when they travelled to X Men and won 5-4.

Terry Jenkins scored four registers for X Men.

Connor Hodgkinson scored six registers for Black Horse B as they ended Mezzas Arms’ unbeaten start to the season in Division Two with a 5-4 home win.

Tim Oxford hit three registers for Mezzas but Black Horse are now only a point behind them, although they have played a game more.

Leaders Nag’s Head B had a 7-2 win at home to Tiger B to make it seven wins from seven matches.

Brian Charlton scored four registers and Richard Lowe had a 180 and a 17-dart singles for the Nags.

Dan Woolley had three registers, including a 180, and Marc Strzyzewsk­i scored three registers for Tiger.

Crown Jewels won 5-4 at home to Ex Servicemen’s Club.

Paul Cotton had three registers, including a 101 double start, and Richard Smith scored three registers for the club.

Tim Allen scored four registers, including a 100 double start, for The Bullets.

They were away at Shire Horse and won 5-4.

Jake Ford scored three registers for Smith’s Tavern as they won 7-2 at home to Shoulder C.

Steve Bloor and Dominic Harrison both hit three registers as Division Three leaders BGB narrowly held on to their 100% record.

They were 5-4 winners away to Bluebell KL.

Karl Morris scored four registers, including a 112 double start, and Shaun Williamson hit four registers for the hosts.

Lester James scored five registers for Denstone Tavern at home to Double D and they took the final doubles for a 5-4 win.

Tom Eyre scored three registers for the visitors.

Lee Dean scored three registers for Smith’s Tavern B when they won 6-3 away to Straight Outta Compton.

Joe Naylor had three registers and Terry Chell rapped in a 21-dart singles for the hosts.

Holly Bush had a 7-2 win at home against the Wheelies, while White Swan travelled to Royal Oak and won 6-3.
