Nina brings novel make-up idea to town

-

A NEW beautician who specialises in a novel form of permanent make-up treatments that last for up to four years has set up shop in Ashbourne.

Permanent make-up artist Nina Bernadini has set up a new treatment room on the first floor of Victoria Square barbers’ shop, Diamond Geeza, and says her non-surgical technique can create fuller and coloured lips, defined eyeliner, or natural hair stroke brows.

The technique sees her implanting natural pigments into the shallow layers of the skin, using anaesthetic and a digital machine to give an effect that can last between one and four years.

Nina has been in the beauty industry for 14 years and is the judging director for Micropigmentation UK – an annual conference and awards ceremony consisting of all the top experts, masters and speakers from the industry worldwide.

Clients book in for a two-hour session with Nina, which includes a top-up four to six weeks after the initial session beyond a consultation, colour choice, predrawing of an outline and the hands-on treatment.

To find out more call into Diamond Geeza, or call Nina on 07528 467581. Nina can also be found on Facebook by searching Ninabernardinipmu or on Instagram at Nina.bernardinipmu
