Teams back in action

ASHBOURNE Rugby Club return to action on Saturday with a home game against Ashby in Midlands Two East (North).

They are in a strong position to make a promotion push in the second half of the season.

Further consolidation is the main aim for Ashbourne FC as they resume their Staffordshire County Senior League Premier Division season with a home game at Rocester on Saturday against Cheadle Town.

AFC’S last match of 2018 was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
