A NEW independent estate agent has set up in Ashbourne, and is offering discounted selling fees to the first 20 homeowners that sign up.

Bennet Samways will be based in the Ednaston Business Park, and is run by a pair of established agents who have built up a wealth of experience selling properties in Ashbourne.

Stuart Bennet and Nick Samways established their new firm after working in Ashbourne for a large estate agent group and they aim to bring their knowledge and experience to their new venture.

Stuart said: “We will be based in the Ashbourne and Derbyshire area and are here to help you for all your property requirements.

“Expert knowledge with having worked in the local area for many years already. Enthusiasm for service and delivering quality advice.

“Follow us on our exciting journey as we are passionate about all things property.

“If you have an interest in property, proud of living in the local area, then you’ll love following us.

“Regular updates of the local market, useful information, tips on selling, professional advice and stunning photography.”

Before becoming an estate agent, Nick ran the Derby-based bicycle retailer Samways. Stuart worked for John German, based in Ashbourne, for nine years.

The pair say their joint experience in customer roles, along with their local knowledge, will ensure customer service is their main strength.

Their new office, based in the business park created in the building formerly occupied by St Mary’s Nursing Home, off the A52, can be visited by appointment.
