HELLEBORE ‘CHRISTMAS CAROL’

This is an easy semi-evergreen perennial with pristine white blossoms from December onwards, which gradually develop a pink blush as they mature. The simple bowlshaped flowers have beautiful contrasting yellow stamens in the centre.

Hellebores like rich earth that retains its moisture so improve the soil with plenty of organic matter before planting and mulch around the plant every year. They look lovely in a partially shaded border or planted in pots for the front door.
