> Stand on one foot with your back foot resting on a box or bench and allow a little width in your stance to help with balance.

> Keeping an upright body position, bend through your front knee and lower your back

knee to the floor.

> Go as low as your mobility allows, then stand

back up. Switch legs and repeat.
