CURTSEY LUNGES

Start in a standing position, take your left foot and lunge backwards and sideways so that your left knee is behind your right knee, and your left foot is out to the right- hand side. Put the weight through your front foot to stand back up, and repeat on the opposite side. If you have weak knees, reduce the angle that you lunge backwards, and work up to where you feel comfortabl­e.
