Returning for its 10th year, Movember’s MoRunning series is set to continue until the end of the month. Thousands of fundraisers around the UK will be running 1.5km, 5km or 10km in support of the Movember Foundation, a charity that focuses on men’s health — physical and mental. There are events in more than 20 locations to choose from, including in most major cities, and it’s not too late to sign up.

The event has raised more than £ 1m since it started, with runners getting into the spirit by wearing fancy dress and sporting moustaches, home- grown or otherwise! Entry costs from £ 12.
