-

> On a hard floor, get into a plank position with your hands on towels directly beneath your shoulders

> Bend your arms, keeping elbows tight next to your ribcage

> Slide one arm out sideways to full extension and return

> Push back up and repeat on the other side

> Do 3- 4 sets of 5 reps on each side
