SINGLE- LEG LUNGE

> Stand 30cm from your chair or sofa, facing away from the seat. Rest the top of your right foot on it, with your weight on the other leg

> Keeping your chest up, bend your right knee towards the ground while bending your left knee at 90 degrees

> Come back to the start position – do 25 reps and then change legs. Do 4 sets, with 45 seconds’ rest in between
