Which trim level might suit you?

Auto Express - - ROAD TESTS -

THERE are three trim levels to choose from with the Rexton: EX, ELX and Ultimate.

EX models come with 17-inch alloys, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, parking sensors and an eight-inch display with smartphone connectivity. In Auto 7 seat form, an EX will cost £30,495 (Ssangyong wasn’t able to provide PCP deals).

The Rexton ELX adds loads of extra equipment, including a 9.2-inch high-definition screen, larger 18-inch wheels, climate control and heated seats. It’s the best-value version overall and will set you back £34,995.

Ultimate specification brings leather ventilated memory seats, 20-inch wheels, blindspot detection and a power tailgate as standard. This version costs £38,495.

Rexton is loaded with kit and has far better fit and finish than its predecessor. But it still trails rivals on quality
