Billy Monger is targeting a drive with Carlin in BRDC British Formula 3 this season as he makes his comeback from the horrific crash he suffered at Donington Park last year. At a snowy Oulton Park last week, Carlin gave the 18-year old his first full day in a single-seater since the crash. Monger is now attempting to secure the budget to race in the series.
