KEEN’S CLUB RACING FORAY

British GT frontrunner Phil Keen was unable to make a second clubracing appearance in two weekends at Snetterton after a mechanical failure on the BMW E36 M3 he was due to share with Del Shelton in the GT Cup. The previous weekend Keen took part in the Enduroka 12-hour race alongside his brother Pete. “If you’re driving around and you’re not racing other people, they are quite slow and not very exciting, but when there’s 30 other cars out on track it’s good fun,” said Keen, who was ninth.
