Last call for entry to top awards
The deadline to enter this year’s Ayrshire Business Awards closes THIS WEEK.
And organisers are urging firms to get their applications in so they don’t miss out.
Closing date to enter is 5pm this Friday.
The Chamber of Commerce event, sponsored by Munro Partnership, can also count on the media sponsorship of Media Scotland – publishers of the Ayrshire Post, Irvine Herald and Kilmarnock Standard.
Chamber chief Executive Val Russell said: “If you are an Ayrshire based business who has had success to shout about in the last year then enter the Ayrshire Business Awards.
“If you have a modern apprentice to be proud of, nominate them; promote the benefits of having a healthy workforce, get that recognition; or offer visitors to Ayrshire a great day out then get your application in now.”
Award categories are: Developing the Young Workforce; Most Promising New Business Award; Tourism Award; Health At Work Award; Innovation in Business Award; Ayrshire Food and Drink Award; Apprentice of the Year Award; Independent Retailer of the Year Award; Entrepreneur of the Year Award; Family Business Award; Excellence in Customer Service Award ( less than 50 employees); Outstanding Performing Business Award ( more than 50 employees).
The winners will be announced at a glittering awards dinner at Seamill Hydro on Thursday, October 6, during Ayrshire Business Week.
