Delighted with roofline
In a recent edition we featured Mr Ladd, who had roofline installed at his home in Coylton by Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd.
This week we turn to Mr Ladd’s neighbours, Mr and Mrs Howat, who have also recently had roofline fitted by the company.
In fact, the team at Tom Callaghan was even able to arrange it so that the installation team visited both homes consecutively and was able to use the same scaffolding for both jobs.
Asked how their job came about, Mr Howat said: “We’d seen the photos and adverts in the paper over the years and that’s where we first heard of the company.
“We had been talking with our neighbours about getting the work done and we all decided to have it done recently.”
The Howats dealt with Ian McPherson of Tom Callaghan and were impressed with the service they received, saying: “Ian was very approachable and helpful.
“He was very clear in terms of explaining what was necessary for the job and what would be done.”
Their roofline was recently fitted by Barry and the couple were delighted with the job done.
Mr Howat said: “The job was done very well and very quickly. It was as unobtrusive as it could be and there was a minimal amount of noise.
“We were also happy with the cleanup after the job was completed.”
The Howats are very pleased with the finished product and would be happy to recommend the company to others.
