This was certainly the case for Mr and Mrs Richmond of Ayr. The couple had been aware of the company for some time after seeing their vans around the local area and they recently realised that Mr Richmond had in fact worked with Liz Callaghan many years ago.
The Richmonds arranged for a new conservatory to be fitted at Mr Richmond’s mother’s home to add space to the property and they dealt with Tom Callaghan himself during the sales process.
Mr Richmond had nothing but praise for both Tom and the team of fitters who worked on the conservatory, saying: “Tom was great to deal with and the job done by the fitters was brilliant. I can’t fault their work.”
The couple were also delighted with the finished product, saying: “We’re really pleased with the conservatory. It’s absolutely fabulous and has added value to the house.”
