Mary is delighted with her new windows

-

Any good local business relies on word of mouth and personal recommendations, and Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd is no exception.

For Mary Black of Prestwick, the company came recommended by her next door neighbour.

Mrs Black recently decided to purchase replacement windows for her home.

She said: “I replaced nine windows. The existing windows were over 25 years old and were just done.

“During the sales process, Mrs Black dealt with Ian McPherson and was delighted with the service she received, saying: “Ian was excellent. He came along to see me, he explained everything, and he gave me suggestions for things such as the best handles and window styles.”

Mrs Black was also delighted with the job done by the fitting team, saying: “The team were absolutely excellent. They were very tidy too, and I had nothing to clean up inside or out.”

Of course, the sign of a job well done is the customer’s satisfaction with the finished product, and Mrs Black couldn’t be happier in this respect.

She said: “The windows are absolutely excellent and I love the finished product.”

Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Limited has an evergrowing list of satisfied customers and a high rate of repeat business and recommendations.

Asked if she would recommend the company to others, Mrs Black simply said: “Yes, I most certainly would.”

The company offers high- quality products at competitive prices, providing a professional service and a product you will want to show off.

The team at the Ayr showroom will be delighted to discuss your home improvement proposals with you.
