A serial sex pest has been put behind bars for failing to comply with his community payback order.

Jamie Hall, 27, jailed for 61 weeks for neglecting to follow his court order.

The pervert intentionally exposed and touched himself in public on a number of occasions in 2014 and 2015.

The deviant even made sexual remarks to a 12- year- old while ‘ partially clothed’.

Hall was jailed for 100 days last year having dodged a custody sentence for his previous actions in the past.

He was then placed on a community payback order so that the authorities could keep him under supervision but facing Ayr Sheriff Court on Tuesday, April 10 he was sentenced to 61 weeks behind bars.

Sheriff Mhari Mactaggart said: “I’ve reached the view Mr Hall that you’re simply unable or unwilling to comply.

“You will serve a custodial sentence.

“The issue Mr Hall really is how I’m going to run these sentences.”

Sheriff Mactaggart spoke of the ‘ significant sexual elements’ of Hall’s offences.

He added: “The sentences will run consecutively.”

Hall was sentenced to 39 weeks for intentionally exposing himself in a sexual manner to a woman at Murray Park in Cumnock and uttering remarks to a 12- year- old while partially clothed in ‘ long grass in a wooded area’ at Wood Road Park.

He was then jailed for 22 weeks for intentionally engaging in sexual activity in the presence of two women at Cumnock Public Library.

Hall, of Ardinth Avenue, New Cumnock, will serve a total of 61 weeks imprisonment.
