Souper effort by wee ones
Chefs of the future at St Ninian’s Nursery cooked up their very own homemade soup.
The talented kids took part in a Big Soup event as part of a bid to engage in healthy eating.
They grew their own potatoes in the nursery garden, harvested them, and prepared them to make soup, which was tried and tested by their parents.
Teacher Nicola McNicol said: “It was wonderful to see the children so engaged in healthy eating.
“Their enthusiasm has inspired us to cook more with the children and further develop lifelong skills.”
