They did it!

We told last week how Fiona Murdoch and Leslay Eccles of Dalmellington Care Centre had made the final of the Scottish Care Awards.

They’ve now returned home with the trophies for winning the Nutrition and Eating Well category in front of 650 people.

The ladies, Fiona is pictured on the left, run the catering show at Dalmellington.

They are seen at the Hilton in Glasgow with host Michelle McManus and sponsor Tom Spiers.

Centre Manager Rae Murphy, who nominated the duo, said: “Over the last five years there has been continual improvement in food choices. The staff recently were awarded the Healthy Eating Award. All food is supplied fresh. We have fresh fruit and veg delivered twice a week and
