No- stress Crimbo

A hypnotic workshop hopes to take the stress out of the festive season.

Milkdrop Hypnosis will hold a one and a half hour long workshop this Saturday covering; self- hypnosis for Christmas calm, tips on adjusting your perspective and helping you to stay present and put the fun back into the festive season.

The event will take place at the Town House, 25 Knockcushan Street on Saturday, December 1 from noon - 1.30pm.
