Our town is still in shock
Holyrood has reacted to the wave of serious crime hitting Ayr.
And MSP John Scott said a clear message has to be given out to the criminals.
He said: “The series of violent attacks in and around Ayr recently have come as a real shock to the wider community and there are obviously
“I have absolute confidence in the commitment and professionalism of our local police officers to provide the reassurance which local people need that these dreadful crimes will be dealt with effectively and that a clear message will be sent out that violence and disorder on our streets will not be tolerated.”
