Childcare careers workshop

Carrick Academy recently hosted a Scottish Government roadshow targeting S3, S4, S5 and S6 pupils who may be interested in early education and childcare.

Workshops included talking to external speakers about career pathways, modern and foundation apprenticeships and vocational qualifications, digital skills and learning through playing games.

Pupils from Girvan Academy and Marr College also had the opportunity of joining a workshop.
