Since the commencement of the Glasgow Fair holidays, the performances at The Pavilion have been crowded, and to several of them large numbers have failed to get inside. Mr Popplewell, the enterprising manager and lessee, always endeavours to give his patrons entertainment of a specially enjoyable character. At the top of the bill is Miss Florrie Forde, one of the leading stars of the music hall world and Flo Carlton, the “dainty Australian girl.” The Monroe Robbins trio proved their ability as acrobats. Next week will be more vaudeville.
